These are our regular high quality 16 Way XLR panels complete with XLR male/ female or mixed connectors but now they come with screw terminal blocks which means no soldering is required, all that is needed is for you to strip your cabled and connect them to the XLRs using the screw termial blocks with the aid of a small flat bladed screw driver.
